I just watched a video linked to this site www.aimMD.com It was about High Fructose Corn Syrup and the roll the government has played.

We (my family) and many others suffer from a severe reaction to all corn derivatives that are in abundance in our food supplies, hygeine products, house cleaning products, craft items, schools, etc. Our son among our new found friends on my Corn Freedom site (facebook) is more active, the .com is used for filling in information needed to try to live corn free, the facebook page is our support epicenter.

         We are being suffocated, some literally, and others due to our decreasing ability to purchase any products with out having corn in our house, on our bodies or in our noses.

      My boys are homeschooled due to the inability to enter a school building with out exposure. Many people are isolated, becoming removed from their families who feel unable to adjust for the allergies, and no longer able to have many of our social gatherings and friends around.

         The FDA does not acknoweldge Corn as a top allergen so our products do not state anything about corn in the allergy warning area. We have to be chemists, memorize a giant list of derivatives to be able to be free of corn.

            We are professional talkers now, we all are trying to spread the word, as well as call companies to make sure there is no hidden issues. Eg. I bought “veggie stix” no corn in the ingredients, not a warning label either. Seemed ok, but we are trained as a family who has needed to avoid corn for our son’s safety for over 7 years now, to call the company and ask. Found out from a fantastic customer service rep. Corn Meal is used in another product that shares the line. So we were able to avoid and issue.

        I cook and clean everything with only homemade products. We are always in search of something that is corn free that is packaged, ease my burdon a little bit and allow us the ability to get something in an emergency situation. There really is just a handful of products deemed safe for us and the list is shrinking.

             We need help as a growing community getting ill from corn. As far as we can tell as a group, the corn we suffer issues with is GMO corn and FEED corn that is used to create all teh derivatives. We all don’t dare try fresh sweet corn, but some have been to other countries aside from the U.S. and found that they had no illness. No ill affects of eating corn tortilla’s or any other corn food product.
